CUCKOO ALE BAND HAS BRILLIANT NEW TUNE REPERTOIRE

Had a really amazing band rehearsal on November 27th. Stunning new tunes with excellent arrangements. Can't wait to get out a play these new tunes for a full ceilidh!

A great summer has been had with plenty of playing and lots of people dancing!

As the trees start to turn the Autumnal events are beginning to be held.

Cuckoo Ale Band will be playing with Pump Action, the Shrewsbury Morris ceilidh band, for the annual Shrewsbury Morris Christmas Ceilidh. Specially arranged Christmas music is being practiced to enable a super start to the seasonal festivities.

Saturday December 3rd is the date for your diaries and the venue is once again Sundorne School, Corndon Crescent, Shrewsbury. Oh and by the way the theme this year is 'The circus is coming to town so bring on the clowns!

Not everyone dresses up for the event but many people do and the hall looks amazing with the all the colourful costumes.
